Are you sure you haven't deleted them or accidentally moved them somewhere else?

To be honest, IMHO you do not seem to have much protection on there to check for nasties

You could try a scan with Malwarebytes which is compatible with Vista

Instructions from

http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php

Quote :

Simply download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from the one of the links below. Double click the downloaded file to install the application on your computer. Once the application is installed, double click on the Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware icon to start the program. When the application is open, select Scan and the application will guide you through the remaining steps.

Download the exe from

http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam-download.php
If you run the scan let us know what, if anything it finds?

Thanks RubyOne for your help. I was very busy lately but good instructions. Next time, leave it for the tech staff.

Thanks again.

i just want to say McAfee is a anti virus and fire wall and whole bunch of stuff (it even cost money over $100 per year), which is once that cost the least, and Spyware Blaster is just another fire wall(only fire wall but free), and the spybot is there the check error and things that's not working normal in the comp. which case is also free, so i don't see how my protection is weak(with 2 fire wall), but thanks anyway

For your information, it is not generally recommended to have more than one firewall .

Please see various entries on here

http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&q=running+two+firewalls&btnG=Google+Search&meta=

that will give you some idea as to the reasons why

Also please see

https://support.comodo.com/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=viewarticle&kbarticleid=713&nav=0,2,13

It is your computer but from my experience I would suggest you need more than just Spybot on there

Other programs to suggest you try are

Superantispyware,
http://www.superantispyware.com/

and Asquared

http://www.emsisoft.com/en/software/free/

and , at the time of typing this, they are all free for you to use

If your files are missing, I don't think it's a virus. It might be that you just accidentally deleted them.

ummm thanks, i will turn my spywareblaster to the other mode then, i never say spybot along is safe at all, that's why i have McAfee maybe a cost a bit(bunch) but it's very safe and good, like almost all the people say when you have a virus you may want to get McAfee as first choese is you have the money...
